General Updates
I am at cross road of my life, I have completed my PhD in fuel cells and I am at job where it somewhat pays the bills but there is no growth opportunity.
We live in an interesting society for instance an employer can turn off your access to the system and you find out you are laid off but you are required to give a two week notice. If you don’t believe me ask some people from Ford or GM. For those who have seen OfficeSpace ( “We fixed the glitch!!)
I am slowly in the process of trying to start my own business, it is something everyone should consider. The corporate world does not look out for you unless you are in the good old boy club!! They will promote who are their friends not who is qualified.
The corporate world wants yes men/women who will just do what you are told to do, and if you challenge then try to get rid of you and ask others to do their task right or wrong. Why do you think corporations have good laywers?
